Tell NHS Bristol what you think about GP Improved Access

NHS Bristol CCG are keen to inform carers that they have recently launched a survey on GP Improved Access and would like to hear your views!

Please read the message below from the Communications Team at NHS Bristol:

The GP Improved Access service allows patients in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire to book evening and weekend appointments with a GP, practice nurse or other health professional.

Through the current GP Improved Access Service, appointments are available 7 days a week, including bank holidays and can be booked by calling your GP Practice. The appointments provided during evenings and weekends are in addition to the current opening times at your GP practice.

We would greatly appreciate any efforts you can make to distribute the survey to your networks, and we’d love to get your own feedback about your experiences of accessing your GP surgery. This is so that we can continue to develop the best possible services in the future.

You can complete the survey online: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/accesstogp.

The survey will run until midnight on Sunday 19th, January 2020.

If you would like to receive paper copies of the survey – or there are any other queries – please feel free to e-mail engagement.bnssg@nhs.net.
