The Mindful Life are offering a FREE one-day programme to introduce you to some simple mindfulness-based practices. These can be incorporated into your everyday life, giving you more resources to help you feel calmer and more resilient.
The retreat will be followed by 3 group telephone calls over 2 months, to support you in keeping
up the practices you have learnt and give you some additional tools.
There are two dates available for this programme and transport can be provided if necessary.
Friday 23 February or Saturday 21 April, 10am-4pm, The Garden Room at Penny Brohn Centre, Pill, Bristol BS20 0HH.

Since 2009 The Mindful Life have been running workshops and retreats to introduce people to mindfulness practice, initially as a social enterprise and more recently with registered charity status.
Their team give their time voluntarily and from 2018 are working exclusively to support those with caring responsibilities.
