Carers Groups run by Carers Support Centre

Support Groups
Carers Support Centre runs several carers’ support groups, which offer a safe, confidential space to meet with other carers and are facilitated by trained staff. An important aspect of the groups is sharing with others how you feel, about being a carer. And we organise a programme of activities including speakers, therapies and craft activities.
