Come along to three new social groups at Active Lifestyle Centres in Yate, Thornbury and Kingswood, especially for people with dementia, their carers, family and friends.
You can meet like-minded people and network with other carers. Whether you want to take part in singing, sporting and leisure activities or just chat over a tea or coffee, the group is for you to relax in a supportive, understanding and social environment.
The groups will run on the following days:
- Yate Lifestyle Centre – Mondays 10am-12pm
- Kingswood Lifestye Centre – Tuesdays 1pm-2.30pm
- Thornbury Lifestyle Centre – Thursdays 12pm-2pm
