Corporate

We are doing everything we can to support carers, but we can’t do it on our own. By supporting Carers Support Centre, your company will be helping carers and their families throughout Bristol and South Gloucestershire. And by working with us you can:

  • Bring benefits to the local community
  • Enhance your corporate image
  • Build team spirit amongst staff

If you want to talk about how your company can help us in our work, please get in touch by using our contact form or calling us:

There are all sorts of ways your company can help:

Fundraising
Support staff in organising a fundraising event. This can help raise vital funds for our work but can also bring people together, enhancing team spirit. A small event, such as a cake sale, quiz or dress down Friday event, can help to raise funds and also raise awareness of our work.

Find out if any of your staff are entering a sporting event or challenge, like the Bristol half marathon, a Triathlon or 3 Peaks Challenge. They could do this and raise money for us at the same time.

Charity of the year
Choose us as your ‘charity of the year’ and plan a series of fundraising events to support us. This is a great way to motivate and unite your employees and colleagues while helping us to raise vital funds.

Gifts in kind
Whether you are a retailer, manufacturer, creative agency, printer or consultant – if you have surplus goods or can offer pro bono services then you can help us. We are always in need of a range of items and services from prizes for auctions and raffles, design and printing of communication materials to venues for events and meetings, IT support and staff training. Whatever you feel you can offer, please get in touch.

Sponsorship
You may be able to help us through sponsoring information leaflets or reports. Or you may want to sponsor a specific event such as a young carers fun day or workshop.

Every Penny Helps
Your company can join this scheme which is easy to set up. Find out more.

Advertise in our magazine
Our magazine is mailed directly to more than 11,000 individual carers three times per year. In addition it is circulated to carers’ groups, voluntary sector organisations and health and social care professionals.

It is a valued means of communication, reaching carers in their own homes – people who often find it difficult to get out as much as others because of their caring role.
