It’s really important that you look after your own health, both physical and emotional, and build in time for yourself.
Sometimes it can help to talk to people who are not emotionally involved with the situation and other carers who may be sharing similar experiences, thoughts and feelings.
Currently, we have no new training courses or workshops for carers planned as we are evaluating our carers training service.
Over time your caring role will change and may come to an end.
