New website for carers of autistic children and adults

There is a new website called Autism Central, a national, centralised support for parents and carers of autistic children and adults with local hubs.

It’s funded by Health Education England and created by leading autism charities. It has information for carers on a huge variety of topics.

Each region also now has an Autism Central hub, and Bristol Autism Support is the Southwest regional hub. 

They are providing courses and drop ins for parents and carers (currently online) and also 1:1s for any parents/carers who would like to talk to someone about any issues they might be facing (also online via zoom or phone call). 

Bristol Autism Support covers the whole of the Southwest.
