Take South Gloucestershire carers survey

The Covid-19 pandemic has increased the pressures that carers already face. It has also meant that services for carers have needed to adapt to a new environment.

South Gloucestershire Council aim to gather more information about this and would really appreciate your help. Your input will help to shape carers’ services and how the council continue to adapt services going forward.

They are particularly interested in what has been positive about the support you have received from the community, the voluntary sector, health services and the local authority. This survey will be an opportunity to share what support you would like to see continued.

If you are an unpaid carer, looking after a friend, neighbour, relative, spouse, child or other family member with an illness or disability living in South Gloucestershire, please fill this survey out by 1st March 2021. It will take about 10 minutes to complete the survey.
