Come and visit Carers Support Centre!

Considerate Friends is a group of unpaid, family carers either over 50, or caring for someone over 50. The group is on a mission to encourage local services in Greater Fishponds to be carer-friendly.

The group has so far visited cafes, libraries, community centres and a health centre.

Our next visit is to the Carers Support Centre! This is on Wednesday 4th July. We will start off with lunch in the Vassall Centre cafe at 1pm, and then we’ll have a short talk from Chief Executive, Keith Sinclair about Carers Support Centre’s services at 2pm, followed by a short tour of Carers Support Centre’s meeting rooms. We will then have a conversation about how Carers Support Centres services could be more accessible, and will aim to finish at about 3pm.

Contact Caroline McAleese, Carers Engagement & Involvement Lead if you’d like to take part!
