North Bristol NHS Trust are trying to improve their outpatient services. They need your help and experience to create together the best service possible.
They are looking for people to join the workshops who have recently experienced health care through the outpatient services at Southmead Hospital either as a patient, service user or carer within the last two years. It’s important to ensure that carers’ views are fed into this work.
