Bristol City Council is asking children and young people with SEND and their parents and carers to share their views about services in Bristol.
Your experience is valuable and the local authority will use your feedback to help improve SEND services.
The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete and all those taking part can enter into a draw to win 1 of 2 £10 ‘Love to Shop’ vouchers. You have until 5 March to complete the survey.

The survey results will be published on Bristol’s SEND Local Offer website in the summer.
