Marie Curie survey for end of life carers

Marie Curie is working to improve their online information for end of life carers. They have developed a questionnaire to ask carers about their experiences and needs.

They are currently reviewing their information for carers, and would like to learn more about the questions, concerns, decisions and responsibilities carers have at different stages.

Anyone who is currently a carer and those who have been carers in the past are invited to complete the survey. This will help Marie Curie produce information to help carers get the support they need.

For this survey, we’re defining a carer as someone who takes on care duties for someone with a terminal or life-limiting illness. This might include practical, financial or emotional tasks, either in person or long-distance.

The survey should take 5-10 minutes to complete and is anonymous. Please do not include any information in this survey that could identify you or anyone else, such as names and addresses.
