Space4carers was set up by local carers, for carers, and meets monthly in south Bristol. It runs independently and all carers are welcome.
The group meet to chat, have coffee and generally have a focus or activity that has been decided by the carers themselves. They have enjoyed cookery demonstrations, arts and crafts sessions, introduction to mindfulness, learned about healthy eating, stress busting techniques, plus had guest speakers.
The group meets on the second Monday of each month, 10am-12pm at Bristol Community Links (Day Care Centre), Langhill Avenue BS14 1TN.
